"Noisy organic post-rock with arty fashioned angular hooks, Caterpillar Tracks' self-titled debut is a surprise, a shock, and a great find. Lyrically they're as brutal as they are delicate. The drummer lay downs punk laden pounding snare hits while the guitarists play seemingly varied notes that juggle distorted melodies back and forth like a cast-off Refused or Fugazi vehicle.
